This programme is available through our Combined Honours degree programmes where you combine 2 related or unrelated subjects. It allows you you keep your career options open and to develop expertise in more than one subject area. The Business Administration programme prepares you for a successful career in management. Graduates may be eligible for certain exemptions from the foundation stage exams of the: Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Chartered Insurance Institute, Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). The German programme consists of both core courses and electives.You choose either to study for 3-years full-time or 4 years, which includes an intergrated year of study or employment in a German-speaking country. This combination provides you with written and oral communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the political, historical, social and cultural context of Germany. Both the Business School and the School of Languages & European Studies have a Grade 5 ranking for research and have excellent scores for Teaching Quality Assessment: 24/24 for Business & management and 22/24 for German.
