The MBA consists of 12 taught modules: Accounting for Business; Business Finance; Organisational Behaviour; Marketing Management; Operations Management; Leadership Development; Business, Ethics & Responsibility; Strategic Management; Innovation & Entrepreneurship; and Business Economics & Strategy. Students choose two elective modules from a range of different subjects. A full listing of electives and a complete outlines for all modules are available online. The MBA Project gives students the opportunity to put into practice the skills and knowledge they have learnt in the taught part of the course. Students study in detail a subject of particular interest to them that has the potential to contribute significantly to their career development.

How much will it cost?
Part-time/distance learning UK/EU students £14,550. Full-time UK/EU students fee not known. Fees are payable in three instalments.

Assessment method
Examination, coursework & dissertation.

Entry Requirements
All MBA students must have a minimum of three years postgraduate work experience, a good UK Honours Degree (minimum of a lower second class) or an overseas degree recognised by Aston University, plus two references. International students whose native language is not English and have not completed a full degree programme taught in English, will also need a TOEFL score of 600 (paper based) or 250 (computer based) with a TWE of 4.0 OR an IELTS score of 6.5 overall. Pre-sessional English language programmes are available for good applicants whose English qualification falls just short of these requirements.
