Course info
Students will learn traditional treatment, a massage performed through clothes, to balance the body, bring relief from stress and soothe away tension assisting body alignment and freedom of movement. This course covers the benefits of Indian head massage, its advantages and effectiveness, client consultations - including contra-indications, contra-actions and post treatment advice. Students will learn which oils are suitable for the treatment and the massage movements involved, focusing on the back, upper arm, neck, scalp, face and ear areas. The practical session will give students the opportunity to put into practice what they have learned during the course.

Entry Requirements
Students must hold a qualification in Anatomy and Physiology.
