Technical Support for ICT Systems is an ideal course if you have recently started a career as an IT Technician. Whether you want to reinforce your hands-on experience with more formal learning or work towards an industry-recognised qualification, the course will provide you with a broad base of knowledge and competency in core hardware and operating system technologies. The course focuses on installation, configuration, diagnostics, preventative maintenance and basic networking. It includes several in-built assessments that ensure you have understood the material covered at each stage and give you valuable practice if you are working towards the A+ Core Hardware exam and the A+ OS Technologies exam of the CompTIA A+ Certificate qualification.
