In this course students will learn how to create a variety of colourful and flavoursome dishes, range from the savoury though to the sweet. Students should know about the main ingredients used in a variety of recipes, from the starters through to desserts, Be able to prepare and cook 10 simple dishes, Be able to follow recipes with confidence, applying the cooking techniques learnt on the course.

How much will it cost?
£7.60 per session if they pay for 8 sessions in advance get 10% discount.

Equipment and Materials
Students should bring apron, oven cloth, tea towels, large chopping knife, and small prep knife, vegetable peeler, desert spoon, teaspoon and suitable Tupperware or food containers to transport food home.
