Course info
An interdisciplinary MA that encourages the study of European literatures in their original languages or in translation. The course is aimed at students with an interest in the period 1770-1830 who wish to explore the liteary migrations of ideas and texts in western Europe. Students will be based in the English Department, but will take modules in the French, German or Italian departments.

Entry Requirements
Normally, 2:1 in English and/or US Literature, French/German/Italian studies (or another language) History/History of Art/Philosophy. If your first language is not English, you will be expected to obtain one of the following: IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 620 (paper)/260 (computer) scores.
