A wide range of careers will be open to you in the media, teaching, public relations, marketing and the arts. This course combines the practice of writing for different audiences and in varying contexts and genres, with the development of a reflective and critical understanding of writing. It is of particular interest and value to those seeking careers as authors and creative writers, as well as those interested in journalism and the media, policy writing, technical writing and teaching. The course will also provide an excellent preparation for the large and growing range of occupations in which clear and effective writing is required. This course is also available as a part-time course of 4-6 years.
