Subject to approval. Please refer to institution prospectus for course details. This course encompasses creativity and design at every level, along with the ability to evaluate concepts. You will receive the skills required by employers in this competitive field, namely IT and communication skills alongside a balance of teamwork and the ability to work and think independently. The subject will allow you to develop an understanding of design management at the conceptual and developmental stages through to practical interior design, covering small scale commercial and domestic projects, medium scale retail and corporate office developments up to exhibition spaces and large scale multi-functional developments. This subject suits those with a creative and independent mind, who are interested in problem solving via visual and verbal communication. Available modules include: Computer Aided Design and IT Skills; Interior Design Projects; Interior Design Practice; Function and Style; Spatial Design; Critical Studies; Personal Development Projects. This course is also available as a Sandwich course of 4 years and a part-time course of 5-6 years
